Tender Procedure

The aim of this procedure is to implement models f requesting items related Purchasing works or services where the value is more than 75,000 Kuwaiti dinars (Documentary sequence for Tender Procedure)

Requirements to implement the purchase order through the tender:

1. The availability of financial funds is required.

2. The matter to be presented to the Control Body as per quota or getting its consent before announcing and before awarding.
