Group Purchasing Procedure

Selecting from the Group Purchasing guides available on the website of the Ministry of Finance and the website of the Administration of Procurement at Kuwait University.

It is a requirement that the regulatory authorities are presented according to the quorum and that their approval be obtained before contracting.
